Hotel Herbergh is a welcoming hotel located in Badhoevedorp, just outside Amsterdam and close to Schiphol Airport. We combine comfort, hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere, making our hotel a pleasant place to stay for both business and leisure guests.

History

Hotel Herbergh has a rich history dating back to the mid-19th century. What began as a simple taproom on a dirt road has grown over the years into a lively meeting place for locals and travellers alike. Originally opened around 1882 on the corner of Sloterweg and Schipholweg, it was then known as Café Quatre Bras, and later De Halve Maan.

Back then, it functioned as one of the many taverns in Haarlemmermeer, where horses and workers could rest and enjoy a well-deserved meal after a hard day's work. In the 1960s, the location was renamed ‘Herbergh’ and has grown with the times ever since.
